HOME INSPECTION
90-Day GUARANTEE
...............................................................................

A LITTLE EXTRA PEACE OF MIND!

You were smart to have your home inspected by a professional Home Inspector.  Between the Home Inspector’s Inspection and the CAP 90–Day Guarantee, you can move into your new home without worrying about an unexpected repair bill or a major appliance replacement.
Complete Appliance Protection® (CAP) is different from other companies in several ways.

CAP has no deductible. CAP pays 100 percent of parts and labor to fix your appliance.

CAP protects everything within the sheet metal skin of the appliance. Whether it is the rack in the dishwasher, tank on the water heater, or compressor on the air conditioner, CAP protects the homeowner.

CAP has no dollar limit on repairs; other programs have a $500 limit for all mechanical repairs. CAP also helps you with the purchase of a new item, if the item needs to be replaced. Other programs enforce a 10 year age limit on certain units, while CAP has no age limit on anything. So even if your furnace is 25 years old, CAP still provides protection when other programs do not.

If your home is inspected during low temperatures and the air conditioner cannot be tested, perhaps a cool day in March, CAP still protects your air conditioner when your turn it on in May and find it isn’t working properly.

CAP has a 21st century claims process. If you have a problem, simply call CAP for an authorization number and referral to a local servicer. No paperwork. Under other programs, you have to send written notification of a claim, along with a copy of the home inspection and a written estimate of the repair. Then you find out if the claim is covered or not.

After your 90-Day Guarantee expires, you will be given the opportunity to continue on CAP’s Monthly Program (not currently available in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and Wyoming).
