the cap 90-day guarantee program

To enroll in the CAP 90-Day Guarantee program, simply select the Download Brochure and Agreement button located on the left side of the screen.  Open and print the Agreement. Completed Agreements can be mailed or faxed to CAP.  There is a separate Agreement for home inspectors in the United States and one for Canada.  The mailing address and fax number are on the second page of the Agreement on the right-hand side in the middle of the page.  Once your Agreement is received, CAP will send you an email confirmation and ship your welcome materials, which includes an executed Agreement for your files, along with a supply of brochures.

If you would like to enroll in the 120-Day Guarantee program, you must first be enrolled in the 90-Day Guarantee program (please see instructions above).  To enroll in the 120-Day Guarantee program, open and print the Amended Agreement for Sellers, U.S. or Canada.  Completed Agreements can be mailed or faxed to CAP.
