CAP has 3 ($100), 6 ($200) and 12 month ($400) options. When given as a gift by a Realtor, the Realtor receives 30 percent off the listed price. So for $70 (3 months), $140 (6 months) or $280 (12 months) you may provide your buyer with a gift that will help them in a time of need.

Give CAP as a house warming gift for your buyer by completing the enrollment form in the brochure and mail it to CAP. The information may also be called in to 1.800.978.2022 or faxed (see brochure for number). You may also enroll your buyer via this web site by clicking the How Do I Get CAP Protection button on the upper left of this screen. Then scroll down to the web enrollment section. In all cases, if not paying by credit card, a check will need to be mailed on or before the closing date.

CAP mails your buyer a welcome packet on the day of closing. The welcome packet includes a cover letter confirming that their Realtor (your name is in the letter) has given them a gift of the CAP program. We also include a copy of the brochure, an agreement detailing the protection, and a large refrigerator magnet. The magnet reminds the homeowner that they have the protection and provides a phone number if they have a question or problem.

CAP can also mail the Realtor the welcome packet in order to personally present it to their buyer. CAP just asks for sufficient lead time to insure adequate time for delivery.
