A supply of brochures can be mailed to you by calling CAP at 1.800.978.2022. CAP answers the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Simply complete the enrollment section of the brochure and give it to the closer. Be sure to include your contact information on the enrollment page. The closer mails the payment to CAP at the address on the back of the brochure.

Notify CAP of the pending new customer by providing the enrollment information over the phone at (1.800.978.2022), or by faxing a copy to CAP (please find the number on the brochure). Or, you may notify CAP over the internet by clicking here.

If the closing proceeds will not pay for the cost of the home warranty, then please call, fax or email the enrollment information to CAP along with details on the method of payment.
