If the buyer should present a competing home warranty they want the seller to purchase, please present them with the CAP home warranty so that they know there is a better option.

Remember, competing programs typically only have a one year option for about $400. With the CAP home warranty you have a three ($100), six ($200) and 12 month ($400) option. To save $200 or $300, present the CAP three and six month options in the counter offer. Three or six months’ protection may satisfy the buyer’s needs. If not the 12 month option is always available.
