Completed packets may be mailed or faxed to CAP.  The Contact CAP button on the left side of this screen provides the mailing address. You may call for the fax number or you will find it in the servicer packet if you download it.  Once CAP receives your information it will mail you a welcome packet with procedures and other helpful information.
