How quickly will I get paid? » top
CAP has a Thursday noon cutoff for all invoices. Any invoice received by mail or fax by the noon cutoff will be paid and mailed the following week.
What am I allowed to charge for labor and the markup on parts? » top
CAP does not dictate pricing. If you have more than one price schedule, we just ask for your best price. CAP realizes that you have to make money. It must be a win-win for both of us.
May I bill time and materials or a flat rate? » top
CAP accepts either billing method.
Are there special forms for invoicing? » top
You may use your standard invoices or NARDA forms. As long as the necessary information is on the invoice, we do not care which form you use.
Can I expect a big surge in business from participating in the CAP Servicer Network? » top
CAP gives customers their choice of servicer based on the Servicer Network in their area. Customers who have always used your company and who enroll in the CAP program will still be able to use you for their service work. For customers without a preference we try to spread the work out among the Servicers who participate in the program.
If I agree to work for CAP, how long am I committed? » top
There is no contract to sign and you can stop working for CAP at anytime.
